Ford’s Colony
Ford’s Colony is a gated community with not one, not two, but three golf courses. This neighborhood has many other amenities available to its residents, including a country club, swimming pool, tennis court, and hiking trails. The homes in the area are a mix of townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes.
New Town
True to its namesake, this neighborhood is filled with newer construction homes (construction started in 2003). The area has a mix of residential homes and commercial buildings like a shopping mall, medical and dental service buildings, a movie theater, and a fitness center.
Kingsmill on the James
Kingsmill on the James is an upscale gated community that’s 3,000 acres offer much for its residents to enjoy. Located near Busch Gardens and downtown Williamsburg this neighborhood boasts three pools, three clubhouses, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and three playgrounds. There is even a private police force that works to keep the area safe for its residents.
