Located on US-1, Unit WHI1 is a large warehouse with high ceilings – clear height is 24’’. There is a roll-up door at the back of the unit. There is also a built-in office area that sits below an observation platform in the southwest corner. There is one private restroom within the warehouse and shared restrooms in the common area with the storage office and other commercial tenants accessible from the loading dock. Electric, water, and sewer are included in the monthly rent. Trash removal is the tenant’s responsibility.
