Shooks Run

Shooks Run is a community within downtown Colorado Springs known for the Shooks Run Trail, a walking and biking path that connects downtown with neighborhoods along a safe corridor. The average home in this neighborhood was built in 1925. This community is ideal for those who want to be a comfortable walk away from their favorite downtown restaurants and attractions.

Briargate

Briargate is a very popular neighborhood for families looking for a strong sense of community. Its location offers easy access to the highway, miles and miles of trails, and it’s close to all parts of El Paso County. The area is home to many amenities including shopping centers and malls, parks, tennis courts, and a YMCA.

Rockrimmon

Rockrimmon is a cluster of neighborhoods located on the Northwest side of Colorado Springs. The area is most known for its cliffs and proximity to Ute Valley Park. There are some truly beautiful views to be had in Rockrimmon. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built from the 1950s to today, with a few areas of new construction.
